The newly built 29,000-square-foot Campus Center is home to Bard College’s Barnes & Noble bookstore, the College post office, the Down the Road Café, the 100-seat Weis Cinema, an information desk, seating areas, e-mail terminals, an ATM machine, a lounge/gallery, a recreational area with billiard and foosball tables, and a multipurpose room used for events such as dinners, dances, lectures, and performances.

The second floor houses a computer lab, a student lounge with arcade games and television, meeting rooms for student clubs, copy machines, the Trustee-Leader Scholar Program office, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Career Development Office, the Student Government Office, and the Office of Student Activities. The signature exterior feature is a spacious second-floor terrace on the building’s south side. There are also three ground-floor patio areas.

Facility Hours
During the regular academic semester the Bertelsmann Campus Center hours of operation are as follows:

• Sunday–Thursday: 8:00 am to 1:00 am
• Friday & Saturday: 8:00 am to 2:00 am

Facility hours over January Intercession, Summer Break, and major holidays will vary from the above schedule. Please call the Office of Student Activities at 758-7097 for updated hours of operation during these times of the year.
